Hosting Rules

• An accommodation fee per pet will be charged at check-in.
• It is necessary to present the vaccination documents for the animals at the time of check-in (otherwise the animal will not be hosted).
• Only docile and affectionate, small and medium-sized animals (up to 15 kg) will be accepted. We do not host animals that may cause intimidation, especially the breeds: Pit Bull, Rotweiller, Doberman, German Shepherd, Fila and German Dog.
• ONE animal per apartment is allowed (no more than one animal per apartment will be accepted).
• It is expressly forbidden for pets to circulate or remain in any condition, in the restaurant, gym, reception, balconies or in any environment that signals the prohibition, as well as in environments where meals are served at events.
• The animals must remain with the owners in the apartment and in the permitted areas.
• It is not allowed to leave the animal alone in the apartment.
• Animals must use a collar and guide when circulating inside the hotel.
• At the time of the maid service, the animals must be removed from the room, otherwise the service will not be carried out.
• The cleaning of solid and liquid waste is the responsibility of guests, including in the garden and common areas.
• If there is any damage to the apartment (mattress, pillow or any other item included in the furniture and trousseau) the guest will be notified and the amount of expenses incurred will be debited from his/her account.
• Animals cannot bark or make any noise that disturbs other guests.
• If the animals are agitated, have aggressive behavior or are unable to remain silent, the Hotel will have the right to request their departure.
• Apartments assigned to host PETS will be assigned in advance and cannot be exchanged.
